Reservations
​
To reserve the property we require a reservation fee of £100,000, together
with the name and address of your solicitor. Upon exchange of contracts, 10% of the purchase price
is payable, less the reservation fee. The balance of the purchase money is payable on legal completion.
Viewings
​
Due to the high demand for viewing requests, we ask you to produce proof of funds available for the
purchase. Alternatively, provide an AIP (Agreement in Principle) for mortgage purposes.
ICW
ICW is one of the UK’s leading providers of building warranties and building control.
The property is independently surveyed during construction by the Local Authority Building Control
and the ICW - who will issue their ten-year warranty certificate
upon satisfactory completion of the dwelling
Maintenance
The property have their own maintenance department and inspect the property approximately six months
after the purchase and attend to any remedial work that is deemed necessary.
